Japanese Navy Cap Tally - Great Japan Battleship Nagato - WW2 - New. Reproduction WW2 Japanese Navy Ratings cap tally. This reads 'Great Japan Nagato' from right to left which means it was used prior to 1941 after this the 'Great Japan Imperial Navy' tallies were used to reduce the chance of ships being identified by the allies.
