A very capacious backpack

I love this backpack, I usually wore a gym bag for the uni and the gym however since I have this backpack I can fit everything there at once and my back is straight too. The upper pocket did break,however it was my fault due to packing so much, I did fix it if anything! The customer service got back to be quickly and was polite. Would recommend the wait. 10/10
