I saw this as a kid over 40 years ago and it scared the hell out of me then. Had to see it again. Not as scary since the time period is radically different from today - not as relatable, so can't suspend disbelief. But if you wanted to know what people in the 50's thought a nuclear attack and its aftermath would look like, this is the movie. Quite an artifact and who doesn't love Ray Milland (Lost Weekend, The Uninvited ...)!
