This is real white chocolate, in other words, it contains real cocoa butter unlike most of the products available at the craft retailers. Check ingredients carefully the next time you shop. This product melts well and is really best used in that way--whether for baking, or blended into frostings or used for drinks, etc.

I use it for chocolate covered pretzels. On low heat, melt chocolate with heavy cream and add a hint of pure vanilla extract--melt until softened, then dip thin pretzels into the mixture and cover with peppermint sprinkles--yummy!

Absolutely delicious! Just like we used to get at Christmas when I was a child!
