I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. I pack all items carefully. Jewelry is packaged in a box, not an envelope, I want the item to arrive safely. Paper items, brochures, etc. are packaged between cardboard in a large envelope.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me by phone or email within 4 days to initiate a return or to give me the opportunity to rectify the situation. Buyer is to pay return shipping costs and I will refund promptly the cost of the item, providing the item is in the condition it was shipped. If the fault is mine and the item is not as described in my write up and with my photos, I will refund in full the purchase price and pay for the shipping.

The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. After I verify the returned item is as originally sent, I will issue a full refund within 2 days. If an item is damaged during the shipping it will be handled on an individual basis (I haven’t had one damaged yet). If an insurance claim must be filed, buyer agrees to deliver necessary documents required by the insurance carrier in order to process the claim.
