NTPS Marine Support Element 13 Wilmington North Carolina Large 5" Screened Patch - Large 5" round screen printed patch. I could not find anything about this unit and location but the triangle is for US Army armored divisions and there is a tank and a personnel carrier on it so I think that is who they service. Yes the Army does have vessels too and note the loading cranes on this one. New old stock, I don't know how old, maybe nineties. Maybe whenever.
