Soon after I got my printer, it stopped working. I was all set to write off the seller and go into combat mode. But hvy worked with me to get it working again. He really went above and beyond. Look, printers are finicky and all of them eventually break. If you can find someone who will work with you to deal with the problems that come up, then you’re in luck. This seller did that with me and my impression is, that’s what he’s about and he’ll do it with all his customers. To me, there’s no better endorsement.

I was unsure of the type of printer I needed. The model I was using finally died. We emailed back and forth until he sold me on a model that would also use the cartridges that I had. I more or less “took this word” after several communication and went with his recommendation. I received the printer a few days ago and I love it. Thank you for all your help.

A pleasure to do business with. He got me a replacement when the first was damaged in shipping. He offered help by phone and went out of his way to take care of a customer.
